Enjoy an extra gentle yoga practice entirely on the floor, no standing or balancing. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel or throw blanket and an optional extra towel or pillow for your head. Wear comfortable clothing. No previous yoga experience needed. If you are able to get down and up from the floor at the beginning and end of class – this practice is for you!
Machelle Lee, MA, E-RYT 500, CMT, Founder of Roots & River Yoga in downtown Brunswick, has 30 years of experience as a yoga teacher and massage therapist.
