Judy Goffi is a licensed dietician and nutritionist currently working in Frederick. Judy has her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Sports Nutrition and over 35 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy, diabetes prevention and education, and facilitating clients’ own healing abilities. She has been a vegetarian for over 40 years and specializes in building sustainable eating practices into all lifestyles.
