An Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR 55+) virtual program. Beginning or strengthening a meditation practice can be much easier with the support of an instructor and classmates. Learn about meditation from a pragmatic, westernized, twenty-first century perspective. Gain experience with multiple different techniques. With Dr. J. Carl Gregg. This course is offered for free through the ILR Program and is made possible by the Shirley Cruickshank Wolfe Fund.
